One of the best Delay and Reverb algorithms in a metal box. Special select 3 classic Delays & 3 classic Reverbs . . . and we added a bonus “Shimmer” and "Freeze" effects which let you create a dreamy waterfall shimmer especially handy for intros, interludes, and endings. And now, because of NUX’s latest Core Image Technology, the new Verdugo Series effect pedals offer pro-level sound enhancement. NUX Atlantic Delay effects 70’s (40ms - 400ms): Retro-delay meets modern technology, without losing the realistic BBD-effected repeats, so essential for capturing the 70’s retro feel. 60’s (55ms - 550ms): A warm & dusty tape-echo machine effect, packed with an array of analog-only goodies. Saturated colors that turn any sound into vintage. Tweak the Repeat knob to the max and use the Time knob to get an experience, just like the real Tape-Echo Machine. 80’s (80ms - 800ms): A digital era invention, crystal clear repeats. Digitally-copied clean repeats carry your signal without absolutely zero color particles. This is the best option if you don’t want to mix your favorite chorus with another colorization effect--or your favorite modulation effect. SMART TAP TEMPO: Instantly synch-up your delays with the tempo you want to accompany. Simply tap the tempo with your foot. TAP TEMPO Speed range is 125 ms - 1500 ms for all Before you set the TAP TEMPO, use the Time Knob and choose any desired time signature to change the TAP division. When TAP TEMPO is engaged, your repeats will create a delay pattern according to the selected time signature. NUX Atlantic Reverb effects The Atlantic has 3 types of reverb effects and each type has a secondary effect. When any of the reverb effect is ON, hold down the reverb footswitch to activate the secondary effect. Spring Reverb & Freeze: Creates a polyphonic atmosphere filter that catches the sound reflections from deep down spring reverb tank. You can adjust the tank size with the level knob and set the reflection distance with the decay knob. When the effect is ON, holding down the reverb switch delivers the infinite sustain as long as you hold the footswitch. Plate Reverb & Shimmer: Straight and clean reflections inside a flat-walled room. You can control the room-size with the Level knob and then tweak the Delay bounce point with the Decay knob. If you hold down the Reverb switch, straight reflections will be heated and swirled throughout the inside of the room creating a Shimmer effect. Hall Reverb & Freeze: The sound of a well-designed hall. Whether the hall size is big or small, the reflections will be emitted by wall furniture. You can adjust the interior hall-size, from a small garage to a huge structure with the Level knob and increase or decrease the number of objects on the walls with the Decay knob. Less decay means more objects and faster reflection fading. Inside Routing NUX Atlantic Delay & Reverb pedal also has inside routing-control between the effects so you can choose which effect comes first. On Serial Mode, you can create a deep-reflection reverb with wet or dry repeats, or you can split your guitar signal, and add both effects in the parallel chain. Each effect will be mixed with separated dry signals. Input/Outputs It has a 6.35 mm stereo input and 2 outputs for the ultimate delay and reverb experience. By plugging a TRS cable into the pedal's input, you can add the Atlantic to any effect chain via Send/Return connection by using a “Y” cable or “Insert” cable. It has an Input Level toggle switch, so you can optimize the input signal with your signal level. It adjusts the input impedance, if the input signal is too loud, switch to +4 dB to increase the headroom. Main Features: 3 typical Delays with Smart Tap Tempo and sub-division 3 great Reverbs with secondary function by holding foot-switch Versatile routing options
Duotime is a real stereo delay pedal with independent time / sub-division & repeat knobs. In the 80's, all of the professional musicians used rack-mount effects to run stereo delay. It was the golden era of legendary engineering like Lexicon Delta, TC 2290, Eventide H3000, and more. When we talked to "working musicians" we found that they were looking for a great stereo delay with a compact size and ultra-simple controls. So we discussed the absolutely essential requirements and developed the duotime Dual Delay Engine. It's ultra-musical, and easy to operate. So, let's dive-in and experience the most versatile delay pedal ever: Duotime offers analog delay, tape echo, digital delay, modulation delay, and verb delay. Analog Delay (40ms~402ms) is based on the bucket-brigade device (BBD), discrete-time analog delay. The PARAMETER tweaks your modulation depth. When LEVEL and REPEAT are at maximum, turn down the TIME KNOB to zero, and experience the natural infinite feedback of the old school BBD delay. Tape Echo (55ms~552ms) is based on RE-201 Tape Echo algorithm with NUX Core Image Technology. Use the PARAMETER to tweak the Saturation, and feel the distorted sound decay. Just like the real tape echo machine, when you adjust LEVEL and REPEAT to maximum, try adjusting the time knob down to zero, and you have infinite feedback and pitch shift flange. Digi Delay (80ms~1000ms) is based on the modern digital delay algorithm with magic compression and filter. After reviewing decades of delay algorithm evolution, we noticed musicians were not satisfied with the mathematical digital delay sound. So we added a bit of non-digital flavor—inspired by Strymon® and Neunaber® making the sound much more musical.PARAMETER controls the hardness of the repeat signals, so you can feel the unique compressed filter. MOD Delay (20ms~1499ms) is based on the Ibanez DML algorithm; a weird and wonderful modulation delay. It was released in the 80's with experimental nature. We selected the most wonderful aspects highlighting the musical time sync modulation rate offering a simple, seamless romantic tone. VERB Delay (80ms~1000ms) is the way to make your delay sound 3 dimensional. Similar to our Atlantic Delay & Reverb, we added Shimmer into the Plate reverb algorithm. It became the iconic sound of our NUX reverb. Inspired by Kit Tang, the famous Hong Kong studio guitarist, Jamtrackcentral® artist, a master of different reverb parallels with different frequency bands to add to his effect yielding an authentic 3 dimensional sound. So we combined parallel digital delay, plate reverb, and various filter shimmers to offer you an unmatched sacred atmosphere to explore.PARAMETER controls the Plate reverb and shimmer mix. Control Panel LEVEL Knob:Controls the delay mix level. When using ENTER LOOP mode, the LEVEL knob will become your LOOP LEVEL to control Phrase Loop volume. Delay Type Selector: This is a 5-way rotary switch. You can choose the delay type as ANALOG, TAPE, DIGI, MOD., and VERB. PARAMETER: For Analog Delay, PARAMETER controls Modulation Depth. Increase to get wider modulated sound. For Tape Echo, PARAMETER controls signal saturation. Increase to get more saturated and distorted sound. For Digi Delay, PARAMETER controls signal hardness. Increase to get a more compressed and brighter sound. For Mod Delay, PARAMETER controls Modulation Depth. Increase to get a wider modulated sound. For Verb Delay, PARAMETER controls Reverb and Shimmer mix level. Increase to get more depth and a 3 dimensional feeling. TIME 1: Controls delay1's delay time. When in Tap Tempo, it becomes a sub-division according to current parameter. REPEAT 1: Controls delay1's number of repeats. TIME 2: Controls delay2's delay time. When in Tap Tempo, it becomes a sub-division according to current parameter. REPEAT 2:Controls delay2's number of repeats. Masamune is a legendary Japanese swordsmith of the Kamakura period (1185 - 1333). He produced some of the finest blades known to man. The name Masamune is synonymous with quality, so here at NUX, we forged a design of combined circuits, compression, dry signal, 2 gain stage of FET boost, routing... ENTER the NUX MASAMUNE a pedal that offers huge razor-sharp dynamic sound, the quality on the level of a Japanese Katana, and not just any katana, it's MASAMUNE! Both pedals are now available in one convenient metal housing, and it comes with selectable signal routing. The Boost Section comes with Boost Level, Drive, and Hi-Cut controls. The Compressor Section comes with Komp Level, Sustain, Blend, and Clip controls. The Masamune has an external foot-switch jack Input, you can easily operate the pedal by using an additional remote switch. NUX Masamune is a sound-crafter pedal It forges your dry-signal, enhancing your sound before sending your signal to your amp, and/or any effects unit. The Booster adds beneficial color to your signal, and, if necessary, after you adjust the boost & drive levels, you can cut high frequencies on your Input signal with the Hi-Cut Toggle Switch. Masamune’s Kompressor does a remarkable job managing and enhancing your signal: Komp Level knob adjusts the final Output level for the Compressor, perfectly balancing your Input and Output signals. Sustain knob adjusts the compression ratio, and increases sustain. Higher sustain levels will squash your signal harder when you hit the strings and creates a longer, richer sustain. Blend knob adjusts the compressor transparency from 50% to 100%, so you can dial-in the exact amount of compressed dry-signal blend you want. Clip Toggle allows you to choose the clipping range of your Input signal. The Toggle-UP position will squeeze the signal for voluminous sound, and Toggle-DOWN will open up more space on your clipping range. Inside Routing NUX Masamune Booster & Kompressor has inside routing with 3 Functions: - Use both effects in parallel connection - Toggle-UP the MUTEX to engage only one effect at a time - Choose which effect you want to come first on your signal chain. ?
