This cello stand has an automatic-grip mechanism that grasps the instrument around the neck locking it in place. The mechanism can be pulled out and folded down for transportation. The stand has three retractable legs and height adjustment.
Fully adjustable to hold any size violin or viola (except largest) for various repair and adjustment procedures such as fingerboard planing, bridge fitting, stringing, top crack repairs etc. Padded clamp screws hold the instrument securely but gently. Black anodized aluminium cradle in mounted on a clear plexiglass base. Made in USA by Ibex.
