Upon its introduction, the Kun Collapsible quickly became the shoulder rest of the future. Modelled on the Kun Original, the innovative Kun Collapsible has "feet" that fold down for easy carrying and storage, and incorporate Kun's patented locking device to limit rotation. Made in Canada.
The practical, uncomplicated design of the Kun Original shoulder rest is based on our earliest handmade model. This rest is adjustable in three directions, and the end members are fitted with a patented locking device to ensure that it will not fully rotate to touch the instrument. The Kun Original has remained the favourite of amateur and professional players alike.
The Kun Super rest features an elegant, streamlined shape and simplified size-adjusting mechanism to permit finite adjustment. The Super has slightly different radii, allowing players to choose a rest with, in effect, customized comfort. This lightweight model has become a favourite among the most discriminating players.
